Mitch Romero (owner, technician)
Mitch worked all his work life in the appliance industry. He started out by helping deliver and set up appliances during summer breaks and also worked in the central air department at Marine Appliances and Air Conditioning in Lafayette, La. His father and sister also worked in the same business. He also worked on the farm as his father was also a rice and soy bean farmer. He also helped his Grandfather, which was a rice and cattle producer.
He worked at Marine Appliances from 1977-1980 part time and full time 1981-1984. At that time he went to work for Conn's from 1985-1991. He was awarded as the top technician company-wide for several consecutive years until he went in business for himself. During his employment at Conn's he conducted training for the Lafayette regional technician, as well as was manager of the sales of the service department, in addition to service contract / extended warranty sales.
He also was asked to participate in a GE field engineering program which there were only a few of those technicians throughout the United States.
After starting up his own service company, Maytag was the first to contact him to be a factory authorized servicer for them. Shortly after becoming a servicer for them he was ask to participate and serve on the Maytag counsel. This was a group of twelve of the top servicers in the United States to help set policy standards for Maytag servicer's throughout the United States. This was recognized as a top honor.
He was awarded the status of Maytag Master Service center one of only twenty in the Unites States.
His company is recognized as one of the largest service Companies in the region with the highest of customer satisfaction scores of all servicers.
His company has also been recognized by most major manufactures to be the preferred or premier servicer in and around the Lafayette area.
Several awards have been issued in recognition of customer satisfaction and quality of service.
His company has been awarded by Lowes for the top servicer in his region.
Awarded by Whirlpool as one of the top 10 servicers in his region and also one of the top in the United States.
He is a member of the NSA (National Servicers Association)
He attends the national trade shows every year to stay up with the fast changing and highly technical appliance industry.
His wife along with two of his sister's work in the business. He is proud of what his team of employees have accomplished since 1992.
His has a passion to be the best at whatever his does. He is proud of his success within the Acadiana area.
He praises his customer and appliance vendors for contributing to his success as well as his employee's.

Arthur Join our team in 2011. He had worked as a service technician in Crowley at a local Appliance Dealership for about 4 years. He is a dependable technician and knowledgeable about the products we service. He has been an asset to our company and has recently been promoted to our Service Manager and Senior Technician. We are glad to have him as an employee.
Tony Brassette
Technician
Tony is one of our senior technicians he started working for us full time in 1997. Mitch helped to train Tony at Conn's Appliance in the late 80's. Tony has been a loyal and valued employee. He works diligently and can always be counted on to get the job done.

Kevin joined our team in 2021.
He is a dependable technician and knowledgeable about the products we service. He has been an asset to our company and we are glad to have him as an employee.
Christine Jaubert

Chris has been with us part time since 1994. She is our accounts payable, receivables and payroll manager. She handles collections and many of our large vender accounts in addition to keeping up with our insurance demands. She has been a huge asset to us.
Belinda Romero

Belinda has been with us since 2011. She has raised four children on her own and is devoted to providing them all their needs.
She is a service dispatcher, files warranty claims electronically and also works on collections. She worked at Lowes for 18 years as a receiving clerk, her hard work and devotion to our team has been a great asset.
Tisha Delcambre

Tisha originally started for us in 1999. She dispatches service, files claims and has various other task, but always eager to help whenever needed. She is the proud mother of 3, and when away from the office, Tisha enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a passion for photography. Her hard work and dedication to our team has been a great asset.
